When you use SmartPlayr, we collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, payment information) and information generated through your use of the service (booking history, location data when enabled, device information). Where a sports facility issues an invoice for your bookings, we also collect the postal address you enter at checkout and pass it to that facility so it can issue the invoice.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our booking services, process payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All payment data is processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Location Data

With your permission, we collect location data to show you nearby sports complexes. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We share your booking information with facility owners to fulfil your reservations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.
